Where is use happening?
Compare what managers think is happening with examples from people doing recurring work.
Find out what you can actually see about AI use in your organisation: where it is happening, which work it touches, and which questions need a closer look.

A practical visibility exercise for managers. It is not a compliance audit, maturity assessment or score.
If you asked team leads which AI tools people use in recurring work, how complete would the answer be?
People may already use AI to draft, summarise, analyse or answer questions. Tool licences and training records will not tell you which tasks have changed, what information is being entered, or where a person still checks the result.
That is why visibility should come before blanket rules, more training or another tool. Start with the work people are doing, then decide which guidance or support would help.

Look at the input, the AI output, the checking and the work passed to somebody else.
Use specific gaps to shape a conversation about guidance, review and useful improvements.
You will consider AI use, affected work, data handling, human review, differences between teams, manager visibility and what happens to any time saved. It helps to have one real task in mind. If you do not know an answer, choose “Unclear”. That is useful information.
At the end you will get a plain summary of what is visible, partly visible or unclear, plus a short list of questions to take back to colleagues. You can print or save that result. Your answers stay in this browser tab and are not sent with your contact details.
