Learner and rollout records
Learner invitations, learner progress, completion records and reminders.
Clear about what WAIA records, what it doesn’t monitor and how customer data is handled.
WAIA is designed to improve workplace AI evidence and management visibility without monitoring employee prompts or productivity.
Nineteen Point Two Ltd operates the service and is responsible for the customer relationship, legal terms and shared product documentation. WAIA is UK-built and designed for organisations managing workplace AI internationally.
WAIA records product activity needed to support learning, guidance, acknowledgement, application evidence, management review and follow-up. It doesn’t imply capture of every prompt or all workplace AI activity.
Learner invitations, learner progress, completion records and reminders.

No employee prompt monitoring.
No productivity surveillance.

No employee performance scoring.
No technical model monitoring.
No approval or rejection of customer AI tools.
No compliance certification.
WAIA may include AI-related learning content, frameworks, examples and practical learning materials. Nineteen Point Two Ltd does not intentionally use Customer Data to train AI models. If future WAIA features materially change how Customer Personal Data is processed by AI systems, Nineteen Point Two Ltd will update the relevant customer documentation, product notices, privacy information, subprocessor list and contractual terms as required.
